This Privacy Policy does not apply to Araca employee records, as the handling of employee records by a private sector employer is exempt from the Privacy Act if it is directly related to the employee's current or former employment relationship. Video purchasing information

Where you purchase films, TV shows or other video content through this site (e.g., DVDs or Blu-rays), we may share the titles of such content with third party services, including our product licensors or business partners, in order to fulfil your order, create and track wish lists and order histories, recommend products to you based on your interests, for research purposes, and to improve our services. Re-marketing

Araca has a Data Breach Response Plan in place to manage any potential breach.

If you believe your privacy has been seriously breached, you may have the right to take legal action in addition to lodging a complaint with the OAIC. The OAIC has enhanced powers under the Privacy Act, including civil penalties and broader investigation authority. Please note that we do not sell products for purchase by children; we sell products for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

Access to your personal information

We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible. Requests for a large amount of information, or information that is not currently in use, may require further time before a response can be given. We may charge you a fee for access if a cost is incurred by us in order to retrieve your information, but in no case will we charge you a fee for your application for access.

In some cases, we may refuse to give you access to personal information that we hold about you. This may include circumstances where giving you access would:
